These terms apply to the Smooth Move website and private beta. They’re intentionally short and will evolve as the product launches.
Smooth Move is a platform intended to connect people who are moving with moving companies. Smooth Move is not a moving company and does not perform moving services.
Smooth Move does not set mover prices, book moves, or collect payment for the move itself. Any agreement for moving services is between the consumer and the mover.
Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable at any time during the private beta.
- • Don’t misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service.
- • Don’t submit false information or impersonate others.
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Smooth Move does not guarantee mover availability, pricing, or outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smooth Move will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services arranged through it.
